The following information describes important limitations on your rights. These are legally binding documents. Please read carefully all the terms and conditions.

Changes in Reservations
Any changes in bookings can be made only by the person who originated the reservation. Reservation changes can be made at any time through the ESPN MVP CRUISE reservation website.
Stateroom Numbers & Online Boarding Documents
Approximately 4-6 weeks before your sailing date, you will receive an email containing your stateroom number and booking number for the cruise. The email will contain directions on how to register with Royal Caribbean International online in order to print your electronic boarding documents for embarkation day, sign up for shore excursions, and register a credit card for onboard purchases. Royal Caribbean requires all guests to complete this online registration prior to cruising. Adults will be responsible for registering the minors in their party. Every passenger must be registered with Royal Caribbean International before the sailing date.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation fees are based on the date of cancellation, as noted in the Cancellation Fee Schedule below. Cancellations can be initiated online via the registration website or by sending an email to info@espnatsea.com. The amount of the cancellation fees is based on the date of cancellation, as stated in the Stateroom Cancellation Fee Schedule below. A change in your reservation, but not a total cancellation, such as a stateroom category downgrade, may result in fees being assessed.
Requests for refunds should be made in writing to info@espnatsea.com. All refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after commencement of the cruise. No refunds will be given for cruise no-shows.
Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment due date of November 9, 2012, are subject to cancellation and a cancellation fee will apply (see Cancellation Fee Schedule below).
Once any payment is received, the reservation is subject to cancellation fees according to the following schedule:

Who May Sail?
Please make sure that everyone in your stateroom is eligible to sail. Royal Caribbean will deny boarding to passengers who don’t conform to these policies, and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Sorry, we regret there are NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies.
- Infants who are at least 6 months old on the day of departure may sail.
- Women who will be less than 24 weeks into their pregnancy on the day of departure and for the duration of the cruise, may sail. This policy is due to the risk of premature labor. Pregnant women must have a letter from their doctor (on the physician’s letterhead) stating how far along (in weeks) their pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise, that mother and baby are in good health and fit to travel, and that the pregnancy is not high-risk. This letter is required no less than 6 weeks prior to sailing.
- Adults aged twenty-one or older may sail. The Cruise Line shall refuse boarding to any guest under the age of twenty-one unless the guest is:
- traveling in the same stateroom with an individual twenty-five years or older; or
- traveling in the same stateroom with their spouse (proof of age and/or proof of marriage are required).
Travel Documents
Proper travel documents are required at embarkation and throughout the cruise, and this is the responsibility of the passengers. Any passenger traveling without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. For further information see U.S. Customs and Border protection website http://www.cbp.gov. Travel documents (passports) must be valid up to 6 months from the date of disembarkation.
Cruise Fare and Fees
Port charges, taxes, fees and gratuities are included in your total stateroom cost. Port charges are comprised of U.S. customs fees, international departure taxes. (Government fees are subject to change). Gratuities are prepaid to your cabin steward, waiter and busboy. This charge is included in your total stateroom cost.
Fee Increases
Taxes, fuel charges and fees are subject to change. In the event of an increase in port charges, taxes, or fuel costs, a surcharge will be applied to your shipboard account by the cruise line.
Other Cruise-Related Charges
Transportation, transfers, optional cancellation insurance, shore excursions, any items of a personal nature such as laundry, gift shop, telephone calls, Internet services and beverages not on the included menu (sodas, bottled water, alcohol, etc.), are not included in the cruise fare.
Cancellation by Artists/Talent
ESPN, Inc. shall not be liable for failure of any talent to attend. ESPN shall not be liable to any passenger for any loss to the passenger or others to the extent that such performance is prevented or loss is caused by Acts of God, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by any government agency or official acting under the color of authority, acts of terrorism, labor disturbances or disputes, civil commotion, weather conditions and considerations of the safety of the vessel (for which the Master shall be the sole judge), breakdowns of or damage to the vessel’s hull or machinery, requisition of the vessel by government authority, illness, death of a family member or other cause or circumstance beyond ESPN’s reasonable control. In the event of any failure of any speaker to participate in the cruise, ESPN, at its sole discretion, may engage a replacement, change, postpone, or terminate any portion of the program. In such case, ESPN shall have no liability to any passenger for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever by reason of such change
